#BOPOMOVE - Movement Classes

1 hour class using only your body and a yoga mat. Sometimes some light weights and bands are incorporated. Full body exercises working cardio, resistance, strength, and balance. No weight loss talk, no diet talk, no body shame, and 100% size inclusive. ALL fitness levels welcome!

#BOPOLIFT - Lifting Classes

45 minute class learning and doing big strength exercises such as deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, etc. Each exercise is taught and modified to suit each individual's needs and abilities. No weight loss talk, no diet talk, no body shame, and 100% size inclusive.

#BOPOYOGA - Gentle & Restorative Yoga

In this 1 hour class you are invited to pause, if only briefly, from the demands of everyday life. These yoga classes are inclusive and invite all levels to enjoy breathing, reflecting, gentle yoga & mindful meditations. Absolutley no experience required.
