one-on-one sessions

For personal training sessions, you can come to us or we can come to you! We offer personal training in Toronto & Newmarket.

The Body Positive Fitness studio is located at 77 Davis Drive, Newmarket.

In Toronto we train out of Cardio-Go at 266 King St. West.

We offer sessions of 45 min or 1 hour in length.

You do not need equipment or a lot of space for in home sessions! If there's room for your body and a yoga mat, we are good to go.

One-on-one training ranges from $55–$96 per session, depending on length and location of sessions. Get in touch for exact pricing.

 

group sessions

Bring some friends and get a deal! For groups of 2–4 people, these sessions can also be done at my base gyms, in parks, in your home, or condo gyms. Everyone in the group does not need to be at the same fitness level, we will happily tailor our sessions to suit each person's needs and abilities.

Group training ranges from $25–$45 per person per session, depending on the group size + length and location of sessions. Get in touch for exact pricing.
